NZDSOS’ Initial Response on the Royal Commission of inquiry phase 1
[Note: subsequent to this article being written we have started to examine the now-released full report from the RCI Phase 1. As expected, it seems to be the whitewash its conflicted chair was employed to deliver and, unsurprisingly, steps out of its own narrow Terms of Reference in its report and conclusions. As an example, he claims in an interview there was no evidence the government jab was poisonous, forgetting that his inquiry was tasked with ignoring anything to that effect. We are working on a more substantive response, but our priority is preparing evidence for Phase 2.]
The Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the Covid-19 Response has released its Phase 1 report today to Brooke van Velden, the Minister for Internal Affairs, and made it publicly available.
Certainly we know what we told the Inquiry, and we note with interest Professor Tony Blakely’s comments to the New Zealand Herald today. He suggested the government “releases the findings and act on them immediately”. Depending on his view of his own recommendations to the long suffering of Victoria, Australia – to mask up, lockdown and vaccinate – it is likely he will exhort more of the same next time but with a greater effort to get wider societal buy in. So, expect more fear and lies, and the appearance of more careful parliamentary scrutiny.
the professor’s appeal to a moral majority (which may not exist anymore)
In the light of Red Remembrance Day this last weekend, where we acknowledged the mandate and vaccination harms, we emphasise Professor Blakely’s comments that the mandates eroded trust and that they were hugely painful. However, they were damaging for almost everyone, not just a “substantial minority”. Indeed, he seems to be diminishing the size and extent of the harms, perhaps implying that weak and selfish people perceived the most hurts, and the rest of us should just smile sympathetically and jog on. However, to the many who perceived a real risk of harm but were forced anyway, this was absolute psychological torture, and nowhere in the (so-called) civilised world does any local or international law ever excuse torture.
For many people that emotional cruelty became an enduring physical misery of chronic injury, and some have died. Although we have yet to meet a vaccine-injured person who says they were joyful and willing to be jabbed, clearly there are plenty of them too. Initially trusting and society-minded, we wonder what they make of Phase 1’s narrow Terms of Reference, and its commissioners avowed intent to make sure it is all done even better next time.
The First cut is one of many…
NZDSOS has highlighted how the vaccinations physically damaged the hearts of everyone who took at least 2 doses, according to potent evidence from Nakahara et al, and other research, as well as real world acknowledgements by cardiologists. Of course, some like Rory Nairn and Amanda Snee – and we say many others – died or became disabled after their first jabs.
For those who steeled themselves and did say NO, the wounds of being outcast from society are constantly reopened and will be until the harms from the mandates are acknowledged, and accountability is established. For those injured, the battles ahead seem insurmountable: navigating a health-care system in which trust has been lost and for a series of conditions where the treatments are unknown, as well as fighting ACC which seems desperate to bat away any acknowledgement of harms. Those that championed, enforced and administered the vaccinations and mandates, now have to face up to what they have done and the harm they have caused.
Professor Blakely stated that when looking at mandates, “they really need to be in a context where the benefits far outweigh the harms”. We couldn’t agree more. But remember, these were mandates for an experimental genetic technology which – even though assessed bizarrely by the Medical Council as a “zero risk product” – came with only disastrous animal trials and ingredients known to be unsafe for human use.
The rci breaches its own terms of reference
So it is curious that Professor Blakely reportedly stated that mandates were justified for healthcare workers, border officials and high-risk places, when his phase of the RCI did not/could not look at the scientific proof of ineffectiveness or dangers of vaccination.
We reiterate that medical and personal freedom should be the greatest consideration and that the Hippocratic Oath must be upheld by the medical profession. Bad things happen quickly when humans abandon agreed codes of behaviour.
A chink of light…
There are high hopes then for Phase 2, beginning this week, to put a proper large cat amongst the government pigeons, since the new chair, criminal barrister Grant Illingworth, should have no pre-existing agenda or the tied hands and conflicts of interest that marked Professor Blakely’s tenure. The latest shoe to drop is the evidence for gross DNA contamination of the jabs, and pathways to explain the new cancer epidemic which include genetic modification of human cells. Yes, Mr Luxon and Ms Collins, God did give us a brain – but to do all this?
We call for Phase 2 RCI to have the teeth and balls to hear the truth and help rebuild trust. Its hearings must be public and it must call officials to account.
