Legal Case Update: What We Discovered in Court
NZDSOS doctors Dr Alison Goodwin, Dr Matt Shelton, and Dr Cindy de Villiers provide a critical update on their recent court cases and the shocking revelations that emerged.

- Why they took legal action against the Medical Council and Dental Council, challenging guidance that silenced doctors and removed informed consent requirements around covid vaccines
- The fluoride case against Hastings District Council and how it tested whether the Bill of Rights still matters in New Zealand

Corruption at it’s fullest.
Elimination by truth and then prosecute them.
It seems increasingly apparent that many of our politicians (and associated governing bodies such as the medical council) are influenced by (and receiving funding from) big corporate interests such as Big Pharmaceutical companies. They are supposed to be working in the interests of the public, however they have just shown that the Bill of Rights doesn’t seem to matter any more. Nor public wellbeing. Nor environmental protection. Nor social justice. Nor other fundamental human rights such as the right to protest peacefully against injustice without risking being imprisoned. Our government (as with many others around the world) appears to have been corrupted by the unbridled insatiable greed of capitalist corporate interests. We are following blindly in the footsteps of America despite clear evidence of the folly of that path. Democracy is supposed to be government of the people, by the people, for the people. We do not want government of the billionaires, by the billionaires, for the billionaires. Somehow we need to figure out how to stop this corruption from destroying our democracy, and destroying everything really, including the very fabric of our society, before it is too late.
Matt, Alison and Cindy I cant even begin to express the depth from where within my heart comes the admiration respect and appreciation that i have for you and your entire like minded team , I have battled the medical profession and the legal profession right from the start of this entire lie , as a result i have no trust in doctors lawyers judges or anyone gainfully employed in servitude to the political machine ,The hill you have to climb is an Everest in itself and the mountain beyond dwarfs the stars , as a pensioner i am embarrassed to admit that my help has been humble and small but the respect i have for you all is boundless and if ever you need me please just call .
