Zero-Risk Jab From the High Risk Medical Council

Taking the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to the High Court in Wellington, to test the lawfulness of its Guidance Statement, produced some breath-taking disclosures which were heard during the case – unprecedented in the world, we believe, and NZDSOS has posted a formal and sober account of some of the goings on already. But the bombshell bit was really towards the end, when a Medical Council member’s sworn statement was read out in court. 

This man was on the board before covid came along, one of 3 lay members, and was forced eventually to resign for upholding his medical autonomy. He was on the Osteopathic Council too and was similarly ejected for making an informed choice and resisting coercion. Like many of the unjabbed, he paid a price for defending his human rights, and ours, and those of the public, whom the MCNZ makes a noise about protecting. 

His sworn affidavit of truth confirmed the unprecedented, highly dogmatic and aggressive witch-hunts on doctors who worried for patient safety and advocated early covid treatments, etc. He says that a single phrase described the assessment by the Medical Council of the already known-to-be-unsafe modified-RNA platform using dangerous artificial lipids, for which other countries’ warning systems were already flashing red for all to see (and ignore). The MCNZ’s Chair, Dr Curtis Walker, and many other board members, believed the covid jabs to be Zero Risk.  

Let’s sit with this for a bit. 

Zero Risk of Safety From the Medical Council

A  previously failed genetic technology, with only data of harm so far,  is swept in by the highest medical authority in the land, giving it a AAA+ rating, an infinite benefit : risk ratio. 

Except that Medsafe, Pfizer, even the government, never described the jab as zero risk. 

Bodies like the MCNZ, Medsafe, Health and Disability Commission, and all other administrative bodies created by statute – including the courts –  legally are required to make fair and reasonable decisions based on the information available to them. A brief internet search could have told MCNZ that VAERS in the US, and the Yellow Card system in the UK, were already reporting unprecedented numbers of serious harms before our first jab was given here.  This Canadian breakdown of the Pfizer approval trial said it all. And our CARM system was receiving injury reports from the border workers, the first jabbed cab off the rank.

The MCNZ could have read the paper by NZ vaccinologist Helen Petousis Harris in 2020, warning about Warp Speed, absent safety data and urging proactive pharmacovigilance. They could have read the data, concerns and questions which we have sent them from Easter 2021 until the present day, all archived here. 

Although they have revoked the guidance – shortly after we filed our case – it still sits on the MCNZ website, “for historical reasons”, as a stern reminder to doctors of the Medical Council’s all-seeing eye, extending out through time. 

And they have not alerted doctors that 69,000 reports were made to CARM before Medsafe removed them from public view in December 2022, that well over 1,000 patients have been compensated by ACC (a fraction of those claiming though), that the government was planning for up to a 1.1% serious adverse event rate (with many of these being chronically disabled) at the time that Dr Walker was drumming up zero risk. 

Wait, what…?

Every right thinking person should be horrified to discover all this. 

Further, in court the Medical and Dental Councils could produce no evidence of any literature review or even discussion of the science, nor of the medical ethics and human rights, before they passed their Guidance Statement into force. 

Almost the entire allied healthcare workforce took its cue and rolled up its sleeve also. Surely their regulatory bodies would have checked the need, efficacy and risks for themselves, rather than relying on the puffed up marketing department of Pfizer, and the kudos of the MCNZ. And what are the police, defence personnel, indeed all mandated employees, to think of such a slack and bizarre default assumption by the nation’s top doctors?

We have posted multiple lines of proof that the government jabs are severely dangerous, and that the documented rise in all cause mortality has tracked the jab rollouts, and shown multiple pathways of causation of clots, heart inflammation, brain damage and cancer. We worried about all this from the start, and predicted some of it. Why didn’t the Medical Council?

Politics, politics, politics…

The government could never have jabbed the nation if even just 10% of doctors had stepped between their patients and the needles. 

Thus, then Chairman Walker waded in to move doctors aside with the blunt stick “guidance” document. Certainly the statement was not passed unanimously (7 to 4 with 2 abstensions), but it was used to silence, judge and discipline doctors, despite the MCNZ’s denial of this in court, and the rest is horrible history. 

Most doctors would have read the guidance as a stern reassurance that a high level science review of the jabs had been conducted, and that, if it all turned out bad, the MCNZ made them do it. Well, it did turn out bad, they were forced by the Medical Council, so what will these doctors do about it?

The Highly Risky Medical Council

Certainly, the lockstep timing and wording of documents from many other medical councils and boards round the world implies a global clawed hand at play. See our research on FSMB and IAMRA, which employed Dr Walker and is currently chaired by the MCNZ’s CEO Joan Simeon. But we have not seen the “zero risk” term used elsewhere. By every possible metric, the formal position adopted by NZ’s Medical Council – that the covid-19 jabs available in new Zealand were zero risk products – will go down in history as stupid, immoral, reckless, and surely criminally negligent. 

Clearly, many more people are dead and injured from the jabs than from covid-19. Some may have avoided the jabs if doctors had been free to have informed discussions, warts and all, without interference.

Labelling this government jab as simply another vaccine was a master stroke, and lulled unquestioning pharmaphiles like Dr Walker into reckless dereliction, and their health into jeopardy. Ironically many people now will never accept a “normal” vaccine again. 

We asked the board to sack Dr Walker for conflicts of interest, leading doctors to break laws and failing to uphold medical ethics last year, way before we knew of his zero risk assessment. 

He’s left the Medical Council now, but his ‘leadership’ will surely haunt medicine for many years to come. The remaining members should focus their minds on who they are there for, but it doesn’t help that the current Deputy Chair is the lawyer who ‘negotiated’ the Pfizer contract for the government. How on earth is that not another giant conflict of interest?

Currently, there seems zero risk the MCNZ members will sort any of this out themselves.
