Letters to New Zealand Officials by NZDSOS in 2024
As we begin 2025, reflecting on the past year reveals a clear truth: the consequences of the c-19 response continue to shape our health care landscape.
Throughout 2024, New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out with Science (NZDSOS) worked to protect public health and demand accountability. Our correspondence with government officials, medical bodies, and health organisations has been met with silence and there remain unaddressed safety issues and mounting evidence of vaccine-related harm.
From warnings about heart health to discoveries about vaccine contamination, here’s how we worked to alert officials, provide the evidence and create a record throughout 2024:
10 January, 2024 – Letter to the National Heart Foundation of New Zealand
NZDSOS sent a critical letter to the National Heart Foundation of New Zealand about cardiovascular harm linked to c-19 vaccinations. Citing a decrease in favourable outcomes for cardiac arrest patients, as noted by cardiologist Dr Gerry Devlin, we called for a halt to vaccine rollouts until unbiased investigations could take place. The letter noted the mechanisms by which vaccination can harm the heart including myocarditis, and referenced studies showing alarming levels of heart damage following vaccination.
Our letter pointed to increases in excess mortality, sudden deaths among fit young athletes, and the discovery of near-universal myocardial inflammation in certain studies. We expressed disappointment with the ongoing silence from many health authorities and organisations in response to previous communications.
29 February, 2024 – Comprehensive Letter to Parliament
NZDSOS delivered a detailed letter to Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters, presenting evidence to support ceasing the rollout of c-19 mRNA injections.
The letter cited numerous adverse events and excess mortality data, and requested a thorough, transparent inquiry into vaccine-related harm. We highlighted evidence of potential contamination and deviations in vaccine manufacturing processes. We stated our belief that continuing the rollout represented not just negligence but a breach of trust and duty by the government.
28 March, 2024 – Letter to Pathologists on Post-Vaccine Clot Phenomenon
NZDSOS addressed Dr Elizabeth Roberts, Chief Coroner Anna Tutton, and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia about a concerning new phenomenon: white, rubbery clots found in vaccinated deceased individuals. The letter presents evidence showing these clots differed from typical blood clots and requested urgent investigation. We highlighted how increasing all-cause mortality, sudden deaths, and rare cancers all coincided with the vaccine rollout.
29 April, 2024 – Letter to Speciality Medical Colleges Highlighting a New Clinical Phenomenon
In collaboration with the Australian Medical Professionals’ Society (AMPS), NZDSOS sent an urgent letter to medical colleges in New Zealand and Australia. We detailed concerns about rubbery clots observed in both deceased and living vaccinated patients. The letter called for cessation of the mRNA injections and demanded regulatory bodies investigate what we described as a neglect-driven health crisis.
10 July, 2024 – Notice of Liability to Key Decision-Makers
NZDSOS issued a Notice of Liability for criminal prosecution to 20 prominent officials and Ministers, including Prime Minister Chris Luxon and Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters. The notice outlined legal implications of continuing the vaccine rollout despite evidence of harm. We included international findings, reports of legal action from other countries, and data on contamination and adverse effects.
14 October, 2024 – Letter to Officials RE Mounting Evidence of Harm
Our letter to government and public health officials addressed mounting evidence of vaccine risks, including increases in chest pain presentations and Medsafe’s own admissions of vaccine-related issues. We again highlighted the white rubbery clots as evidence of an autoimmune complication from the injections. The letter reiterates our call to cease all injections until a full investigation is complete, noting the government’s continued silence despite these signals.
24 December, 2024 – Urgent Letter on DNA Contamination in Pfizer’s Comirnaty Vaccine
In our final action for 2024, NZDSOS addressed health officials and public representatives about DNA contamination in mRNA vaccines, particularly Pfizer’s Comirnaty product. This letter details how the contamination exceeds unsuitable safety limits and poses potential long-term risks to genetic integrity. The evidence presented supports our ongoing call for withdrawal of these vaccines and a full investigation.

These letters document a year of evidence gathering and repeated calls for officials within the Ministry of Health to act with integrity, honesty and ethics. The issues raised remain unresolved as we move into 2025. Many of our questions still await answers, and our concerns about vaccine safety continue to warrant investigation.

- Immediate suspension of the mRNA vaccine programme
- Independent investigation into vaccine-related adverse events
- Full disclosure of vaccine contents and manufacturing processes
- Recognition and proper treatment of vaccine injuries
- Compensation for those harmed by the vaccines.
