New Zealand’s Health Crisis: A Call to Action for Simeon Brown

Dear Simeon Brown,

It is with warm wishes that New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out with Science (NZDSOS) congratulate you on your appointment as Health Minister, but as New Zealand’s healthcare system plunges further into crisis workers inside tell us that Rome truly is burning. Outgoing minister Shane Reti has likely briefed you on the unprecedented low levels of trust in the NZ health system which further declined during his tenure. Hopefully he has also shared our regular communications to him on the covid vaccine catastrophe at hand, which we list below. They include official approaches to other governments, including directly to the Australian Prime Minister on peer-reviewed proof of dangerous contamination. 

While your attention may sway to the obvious worsening access to healthcare, workforce shortages, the increased waiting times, unmet needs of ethnic groups, and the systemic distrust now deeply rooted in the health system (from lies and mandates) we would like to get you up to speed on other glaringly obvious issues that are conspicuously absent from news headlines, and seemingly too ‘hot potato’ for parliamentary discourse. There are increasingly clear reasons for this, we have discovered from engaging politically and in the courts. 

We welcome your commitment when recently stating that your “absolute priority” would be ensuring timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders.  Our nation needs brave leadership with a fresh, honest approach now more than ever to confront all issues – not downplay or ignore them – even if highly uncomfortable.

The critical issues are as follows:

1. The c-19 mRNA injections must be withdrawn immediately on safety grounds, and a latest peer-reviewed summary of the size and strength of this message appears this week. As concluded by the authors:

“We expect that calls for an immediate moratorium on COVID-19 vaccines will continue to increase until a critical mass is reached, and the products are finally removed from the market. Excess mortality, negative efficacy, and widespread DNA contamination associated with COVID-19 vaccines have been sufficiently demonstrated. The FDA’s criteria for a Class I recall have been far exceeded. No large-scale, conclusive, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials have demonstrated reduction in infection transmission, hospitalization, or death as primary endpoints. Thus, the COVID-19 vaccines are not proven to be effective in reducing important clinical outcomes. A position supporting COVID-19 vaccination goes against good medical practice and violates the Hippocratic Oath to above all, do no harm. Immediate removal of COVID-19 vaccines from the market is essential to prevent further loss of life and ensure the next steps for accountability are taken.”

2. Kiwi’s continue to die and become disabled in record numbers. The numbers dying and damaged from the unpredictable and dangerous mRNA gene based c-19 injections is unprecedented nationally and internationally. The pharmacovigilance report warnings flashed red from the start, but despite this the Labour Government narrative of ‘safe and effective’ lulled the country into a false sense of security and failed to protect the public from the dangers of the novel gene transfer device, allegedly produced at ‘warp speed’.  National continues to promote the latest version.

3. The confirmation of major DNA contamination in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines as per the findings of Dr Speicher and other eminent scientists. Alarmingly, the Pfizer vaccines also contain SV40 promoter-sequences, whose only purpose is to shepherd itself and attached DNA directly into the cell nucleus. Pfizer hid this from regulators. These nuclear targeting sequences are known to cause cancer and other health consequences. Despite MoH refusing OIA requests for recent cancer numbers, the truths from the community and profession are evident. 

4. The persecution and censorship of health professionals who exercised their duty of care to the public. The doctors who upheld the ‘precautionary principle’ (especially regarding pregnancy and children) the Hippocratic Oath of First Do No Harm, who honoured fully informed consent for their patients are being hounded by the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to this day. This same regulator was heard in open court to have described the jab as a “zero risk product”.  This cannot be allowed to stand and must be addressed immediately.  The pressure on, and by, regulatory bodies to endorse unquestioningly public health guidelines without concern whilst bulldozing medical ethics is a dangerous path away from the fiduciary obligation of medical practice.

5. The ‘science’ has rapidly changed since the start of the pandemic in 2020 and much of what was hoped for or thought to be fact has been proven wrong, and many problems with the jabs have emerged.  We have documented these through our couried letters, emails and website compendium of communications, to total silence.  At least we have fulfilled our duty of care and responsibility as medical professionals and done all we can to provide the truth to you.

We request respectfully that you read our letters and visit our website which has been documenting the other side of the pandemic, which legacy media was paid to ignore.  With a registered supporter base of over 55,000 individuals, and over 300 professional members, NZDSOS has persistently sought to break the culture of silence surrounding the c-19 injections, the harms, the deaths and the accelerating health disaster by telling the truth, with evidence, however inconvenient this may be. We have some hopes for your tenure and look forward to seeing tangible steps to acknowledge the vaccine injured and the harms from the government vaccine mandates.  Also, we urge you to look at the new evidence and investigate the gene product before its dangers become even more alarmingly apparent. Already, failure to heed calls to action are a shocking memorial to the previous government, and yours appears to be losing any clean hands it may have started with. For instance, we understand government health workers are facing much stricter secrecy controls in their handling of sensitive documents, presumably a response to whistleblower Barry Young’s public calls of alarm. 

Coalition partner NZ First is making capital from talking to some vaccine-injured at least, the official acknowledgement of whom must stimulate therefore an explanation, and urgent withdrawal of the most toxic medical product in history. 

With the appalling procession of this first genetic jab’s many failures, the also-rushed Gene Technology Bill deserves a very rough ride and to be scrapped.

We would welcome the opportunity to meet to discuss these critical matters to ensure health is an ‘absolute priority’ for all New Zealanders, including the forgotten and marginalised from the last few years. We will be presenting evidence to the RCI of course, but lives are being lost, shortened and made miserable, and the matter is far too urgent to wait for its report.
