Dr Leigh Willoughby and Dr Charles Hoffe’s Battle Against Vaccine Injury and Medical Censorship

In a compelling discussion with Dr. Sam Bailey, Dr. Leigh Willoughby, former Head Anaesthetist at Gisborne Hospital, shares her experience of a life-threatening and life-altering vaccine injury, along with the personal and professional costs of speaking out about it.

Since 2020, the Medical Council of New Zealand has employed aggressive tactics, to silence medical professionals across the country.

Doctors who voice concerns not only face disciplinary charges but suffer calculated campaigns of discredit and slander in legacy media. These efforts, often government funded, appear designed to enforce a narrow, uniform perspective within the nation.

In a November 2023 interview on Reality Check Radio with veteran journalist Peter Williams, Dr. Willoughby detailed her severe reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine: a (previously) very rare superior mesenteric vein thrombosis.

A VERY severe side-effect from the “zero-risk” jab:

Leigh’s life-threatening condition involves a large blood clot in the primary vein responsible for draining the entire small intestine and much of the colon.

Despite experiencing intense pain, being admitted to Gisborne Hospital’s ICU and started on blood thinners,  she was taken off them abruptly the following day and discharged without anticoagulation or follow up care.

With a medical career spanning back to 1996, Dr. Willoughby had extensive experience in ICU and emergency and maternity surgeries, but had never encountered superior mesenteric vein thrombosis.

When faced with the mandates of the booster in two weeks time, the team around her at Gisborne suggested she have the injection in the ICU. However, she was not prepared to risk further damage, did not take the booster and was mandated from her hard-to-fill NZ specialist position.  She then had a recurrence of  this rare condition, three years later, in the exact same location.

Though her story is real, the Medical Council of New Zealand said she should not have spoken to Reality Check Radio and she must ‘tow  the party line’, in order to keep practicing, as her current “behaviour is unprofessional”.

She had waited until Nov 2023 to speak as by this time the MCNZ’s notorious ‘Guidance Statement’ had been revoked. This had prevented doctors from speaking about any risks of vaccination. We have challenged its lawfulness in court and await an appeal.

Leigh wrote back to the MCNZ requesting the specific comments she made in the interview. They replied with “you need a lawyer”. Facing ongoing legal pressure, Leigh made the difficult decision to deregister from the Medical Council voluntarily, effectively halting their pursuit against her which could have lasted between 3-5 years, but also bringing her medical career to a premature end.

Dr Willoughby wants her experience to warn others

Despite countless peer-reviewed studies highlighting the dangers of responses which also infringe on our personal rights and freedoms, we watch in horror as draconian policies are passed through our legislative processes. We have not been silent however and neither was Dr Willoughby.

The government must get out of the consultation room and cease in its meddling with the doctor-patient relationship. And keep its greedy but clueless fingers out of genetics labs whilst it’s at it.

New Zealand doctors who spoke the truth still face, to this day, suspension or deregerstration entirely, large fines and costly re-education programs aimed at aligning their views with government mandates. Drs Conlon and Shelton are still ‘in process’ – part of which is the inhumane timetabling, designed presumably to humiliate and exhaust.

However, this is not simply a ‘New Zealand only’ problem. Medical professionals around the world have been silenced, stalked by media and lost their licences for warning about the covid response, specifically the dangerous gene tech jabs.

but some good news…

There may be chinks of light however, possibly as trickle-down from a return to sanity in US health care. Canada’s Dr. Charles Hoffe is one victim of atrocious misconduct by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC). Dr Hoffe was one of the first Canadian physicians to get persecuted for speaking out about jab injuries in Canada. One of his crimes was making too many formal reports to their pharmacovigilance system.

His ability to practice emergency room medicine was stripped away by provincial health authorities overseeing government-run hospitals and clinics. Despite retaining the right to continue general practice, he faced relentless harassment from both the media and his regulatory body.

Just recently though, it was confirmed by the CPSBC that they have dropped all charges against Dr. Hoffe. Assisted by independent lawyer Lee Turner he has had a series of wins against the kangaroo court convened to shut him up.

The CPSBC had no compelling evidence against him and instead, his team of experts showed compelling evidence to support that what Dr Hoffe claimed, was true and correct.

One of Dr Hoff’s witnesses was scientist, immunologist, computational molecular biologist and biochemist, Dr Jessica Rose. She has stated:

“They destroyed this lovely man’s life for years. That takes a toll on a kind human being’s wellbeing: they stole his practice, his livelihood and his time. The former: he cannot get back.

There is no compensation that could possibly justify his losses, but perhaps a bit of justice could still be served up nice and hot. Why did they suddenly drop the charges?

Was it simply because they knew we were not going back down with our tall pile of evidence that would result in these charges eventually being dismissed? Or is there another reason?”

Dr Rose has made her expert affivait available here since it won’t be heard in the dropped proceedings.

Several other experts stood up for Dr Hoffe, including Dr Kevin McKernan, who broke the findings of plasmid DNA contamination in 2023. Like Dr Rose, he has made his expert affidavit public.

Charles and Leigh are not alone..

Other international truth tellers have also been attacked – but still stand upright. Drs Marik and Kory who started the Frontline Covid Critical Care Alliane ( FLCCC.net) lost their board certifications; Dr Peter McCullough lost journal editorships and hospital priveliges; and Dr Merly Nass, another supportive friend to NZDSOS, is awaiting an appeal against punitive actions by the Maine Medical Board.

Of note, the first three doctors still work, with no shortage of jab-injured patients to help, and Dr Nass remains a fierce truth teller.

As does Dr David Cartland in the UK, along with various others facing hostile attacks by the General Medical Council.

These medical regulatory authorities are non elected, non-government agencies (but clearly politicised) who seek to control and manipulate the medical profession with a single-minded, one-size-fits all approach. It is time to fight back.

NZDSOS is at the heart of an increasingly coordinated planet-wide resistance, and having these international friends makes us stronger in our little corner of the world.

We need to stand beside all these lion-hearted individuals who have risked everything and use our collective voices to send out a roar of ‘refusal to comply’ throughout the world.

It will take every piece of courage, strength and wisdom to stand without moving in the face of vitriol thrown when these conversations are had.

But as we do, we will be remembered by future generations for our grit and bravery in resisting a global collective that seeks to dominate and control.

We must unite and use our voices which have tremendous collective power to demonstrate the importance of medical freedom If we lose it, the thieves will not give it back willingly.

When truth is exposed people are set free. It is now time to place your line in the sand. When you do, know you are standing in very good company, alongside Drs Hoffe, Willoughby and many others.
