How to Hide Dead Bodies: The Unanswered Questions Behind Sudden and Unexpected Deaths

Thank you for your public appearances.  I spoke to you at the end of one session about whether you would support an investigation into post covid vaccine injury and death. 

I spoke about my concern that potential post-vaccine deaths were not being investigated and attributed properly and that the country needs a thorough investigation into exactly how much harm has been caused specifically by the covid vaccines. Neither covid inquiry has considered this topic. This is particularly important in light of information that the “Vaccine Ministers” did not act on important information about the known risks to young people. 

Unexpected deaths of all vaccinated New Zealanders since Feb 2021 should be audited and the question asked and assessed by an impartial qualified expert – “Could the covid vaccine be connected?” 

As I mentioned, there was a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ministry of Health signed on 18 Mar 2020 in relation to covid deaths. It was updated on 15 Dec 2021 to include deaths post covid vaccination. The MoU was still in place in Jan 2026. MoU is at the link below.

The Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) has the vaccination details of all New Zealanders recorded. With the MoU in place it should be a straightforward and simple process for a coroner to get the vaccination details of any person. In my opinion it should be required for covid vaccination status and details (including dates and batch numbers) to be documented for all sudden, unexpected deaths referred to the coronial service since Feb 2021. 

As you will see in the attached coroner reports, this information is absent. Supposedly, deaths reported to Medsafe post vaccination have been assessed but I have not seen any evidence to support this despite asking for it. Medsafe say they use the WHO criteria for doing causality assessments. I would expect to see documentation of a formal process with reasoning clearly laid out. However, the information that is available to doctors and the public at present via Medsafe Safety Reports is effectively “trust us, we know what we are doing”.  That is not transparent and does not engender trust. 

In addition to reported deaths, there are many other deaths in previously healthy people suspiciously close to vaccination that have not been reported. There is a difference between cause of death which a coroner determines, and causality which should be determined by pharmacovigilance experts. Some OIA responses attempt to conflate the two. It seems each potentially responsible person or institution (coroner, pathologist, CARM, Medsafe, ACC, GP, specialist) fobs the responsibility for determining causality to someone else with no-one ultimately being responsible. 

Attached are coroner reports for 6 young people as an illustration of the missing information and apparent lack of pharmacovigilance or causality assessment. This is a small sample of many I am aware of. 

Boy, age 11, collapsed on the way to school in mid 2024. He died in hospital a couple of hours later. His cause of death was “Cardiomyopathy with Hypertrophic Features” i.e. he had an enlarged heart with pathology within the heart muscle. Had he received covid vaccines that damaged his heart muscle? 

Girl, age 13, was found dead in bed in early 2024. Her cause of death was “likely sudden cardiac death of unascertained aetiology”. The coroner’s report is very brief and does not consider covid vaccination details despite covid vaccination being recognised as a cause of myocarditis which can cause scarring that days, weeks, months or years later can be a focus that sets off an arrhythmia. 

Young woman, 21, died in late 2023 of “lymphocytic myocarditis”. She had seen her GP the month before her death with a variety of symptoms including random racing heart. Myocarditis is known to be caused by covid mRNA vaccinations and known to cause palpitations. Had she received one or more covid vaccinations? 

Young man, age 22, collapsed and died in early 2023 while out with friends. His cause of death was “sudden cardiac death with features of cardiomyopathy and myocarditis”. There is no documented cause of his myocarditis. Did anyone ask if he had received covid vaccines and consider whether they caused or contributed to his death? 

Girl, age 11, died suddenly after experiencing palpitations, of a presumed cardiac arrhythmia in late 2022. Her official cause of death: “Undetermined, presumed natural”. Is she one of the 273,000 5-11 yr old New Zealanders who received at least the first dose of a covid vaccination? Has anyone considered whether she might have had scar tissue in her heart from subclinical myocarditis that could have been a focus for the palpitations and fatal arrhythmia she experienced? 

Girl, age 12, collapsed and died in mid 2022 after running.  Her post mortem showed “myocarditis”, and this is what the coroner has determined as her cause of death. There is no comment about her covid vaccination status though the school she attended had very high vaccination rates and it is highly likely she was covid vaccinated. Myocarditis is a recognised adverse effect of covid vaccination. 

I have tried to communicate with relevant coroners in other cases, but they will not answer questions or engage in correspondence once they have issued their decisions. 

“Once a coroner has issued their findings, the coroner is functus officio. This means that their role as decision maker has been discharged and they cannot take any further steps, including altering the final findings, making further investigation, or making further decisions regarding the death.” 

Questions: 

1) Please can you confirm, with evidence, that someone with the authority and expertise to do so has asked for covid vaccination details, and if vaccinated, documented formal causality assessments using recognised criteria to determine whether covid vaccination caused or contributed to the death of each of these young people. 

2) In addition to the deceased, there are all the teens who received second doses against the recommendations of the CV-TAG (Covid Vaccine – Technical Advisory Group) whose hearts have potentially been damaged and who may be at risk of sudden death from an arrhythmia, or at risk of heart failure in years to come. What is the ACT party going to do to assess this cohort?
