Weekly SOS: Don’t Let Them Shut Us Down – Your Help Needed Now

Last week’s cancellation of the RCI hearings was a betrayal of public trust – but it’s not the only scandal unfolding.

While former ministers escape accountability, medical regulators are actively punishing doctors who dared to speak out during the pandemic.

The Medical Council of New Zealand’s (MCNZ) website states: “Patients are entitled to information about their health and the care they are receiving.”

Yet MCNZ and Dental Council (DC) removed their requirement for their practitioners to uphold fully informed consent around covid vaccines. This contradicts their own fundamental principles.

We’ve been ordered to pay $100,000 for upholding medical ethics

NZDSOS recently lost two court cases challenging:

• MCNZ and DC’s Guidance Statement that silenced and coerced doctors
• Hastings District Council’s water fluoridation resumption

Court costs: $54,000 to MCNZ, $35,000 to Dental Council, $14,000 to Hastings District Council – plus additional Crown costs of $15,000.

The judges ruled these cases were “not in the public interest.“

We disagree.

The issue:

If we don’t pay $80,000 as soon as possible, NZDSOS risks being shut down. These court costs punish us for raising legitimate safety concerns officials refuse to address.

Despite these costs, both monetary and non-monetary, NZDSOS will not be silenced while people are harmed in the name of medicine and public health. It is a confronting reality that if we do not pay the costs in full, the Councils’ actions could close us down.

To meet our legal obligations to the MCNZ and DC, thanks to our donors so far, we have made a down payment of $20,000 and we have already settled $14,000 with the Hastings District Council.

We look forward to engaging with the public to fundraise, sending a message to the government that these issues ARE in the public interest.

This is just one fight in the battle. We recently sent further evidence to the Royal Commission of Inquiry team which easily refuted many of the statements made in the week of the public hearings. See all the evidence & testimonies in our Covid Inquiry Evidence Hub.

We don’t believe the Commission can gain an adequate insight into government decision-making without reading our letter, and know they will become better informed than seemingly many officials on the injections. 

Already we have provided evidence of DNA contamination in vaccine vials, white clots, sudden deaths and cancer, as well as examples of promises broken.

Remember, officials promised independent testing but later admitted New Zealand “lacked the ability” to test Pfizer products.

We have discovered many terrible things, broken promises and cover-ups. Legal actions like these are necessary to hold a spotlight on official failings, on behalf of the already dead and disabled, and we’re afraid the many to come. We must keep fighting.
