1800 Voices for Truth and Accountability: Proof of Knowledge Delivered
On Friday 3 October, NZDSOS members along with supporters met outside the Ministry of Health building in Molesworth St in Wellington to deliver 1800 letters. These had been written by members of the NZ public to ask that the covid injections be withdrawn. For our small population, pro rata that would be 9,000 in Australia, and over 120,000 in the US.
They covered various themes including DNA contamination, political and legal consequences of ignoring the escalating harm from dangerous medical products, concern for the health of children, the moral imperative to do the right thing and concern that NZ is lagging behind other countries which are narrowing their covid vaccine recommendations.
The box with all your letters on a thumb drive, and our latest open letter which is yet to be published, was given to an official at the reception. She assured us it would be delivered to the desk of Audrey Sonerson who is the current Director General of Health.
The electronic versions of 1800 letters had also been sent to Minister of Health Simeon Brown and Associate Minister of Health Casey Costello. However, as Parliament was in recess on that day, we did not physically deliver the letters to these two.
After leaving those letters at the MoH, we made our way through the streets of Wellington with our supporters, delivering flyers, to the Medical Council of New Zealand. Only expecting a receptionist on a Friday afternoon, and facing a locked door anyway, actually the Deputy CEO Kiri Rikihana came out to the landing. We were not welcomed into the MCNZ office and were chastised for not making an appointment. We wondered if we’d have been given one if we’d tried.
Clearly not pleased to see us, and confirming the still yawning gulf between our respective organisations, nevertheless Kiri agreed with some hesitancy she would deliver our letters to MCNZ Chair Dr Rachelle Love – after satisfying herself that the box contained nothing dangerous. One of our members quipped afterwards that of course the truth would be highly dangerous to the Medical Council so no wonder Kiri was nervous perhaps.
We sincerely hope both Audrey Sorenson and Dr Rachelle Love will read your letters and take the action required to protect New Zealanders and stop the terrible harms from the mRNA injections. Will they change their spots?
Whatever, the in-person delivery to both entities has been documented and recorded for future reference.
