Response from Medical Council of New Zealand To Our Letter re: Guidance Statement

The Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) has acknowledged receipt of our letter sent on October 14, 2021. Their communication did not directly address the specific questions we raised, and their response lacked substantive engagement with the points we outlined in our letter, here.
In her reply, Joan Simeon, the Chief Executive did not provide clarity on the ambiguities in the Guidance Statement, instead stating it “speaks for itself” leaving our key questions unanswered.
