NZ Doctor Appealing Suspension for Covid Misinformation
WELLINGTON, New Zealand: On Wednesday, June 28, Dr Goodwin’s appeal against the decision of the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to suspend her Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) will be heard. Dr Goodwin is appealing the extreme decision on the basis that it breached her right to freedom of expression and was an overreach of the MCNZ’s power. The case will be heard in Wellington District Court starting at 10:00 am
A gathering of public support is expected at 9:30 am.

Despite no patient complaints, no evidence of harm being caused, and without considering that she may have helped people, the MCNZ suspended Dr. Goodwin’s APC and later imposed conditions detailing what she could say in public and restricting what she could prescribe to treat patients with Covid-19.

I hope it goes it goes well for Dr Goodwin tomorrow.Many are waking up to the dangers of vaccines.I and my children (4)have all been partially damaged by the normal childhood vaccines.Thats why i pulled them out of school vaccinations days.So i dont trust any vaccinations full stop.One of my daughters 15 month old hasnt had any vaccinations apart from vitamin k at birth and compared to other vaccinated children her age she is noticably more advanced.

1. The New Zealand government entered into a contract with Pfizer which protected Pfizer against Law Suit should their mRNA vaccine fail to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. I assume the Medical Council knew of this clause before taking up the case to suspend this Doctor.
2. All Citizens of New Zealand have a right to ‘Natural Justice’ and the Medical Council is not excempt from ensuring that their procedures include and record, in this case in particular, that the administration of any regulations handed down by The Minister of Health include a reference to the contract clause that has been shown to be fraudulent.
3. This is a Breach of Natural Justice case. Given also that no patients suffered or made any genuine complaint to the Medical Council, there should never have been a suspension.
My understanding from Pfizers own website was that they were protected against any claim of damage that was caused through the use of their product. This is why any payouts would become the responsibility of every nation that purchased their jabs. Thus our Govt. paid out for two that I know of and one was because of the Coroners autopsy and the other was a high profile case of the young couple where the husband to be passed away a week or two after the jab. The amount being capped at 120 grand. Our then PSinister was reluctant to authorize further autopsies or at least kept any other claim from public knowledge. Safe and effective remember.

From the very first it was Dr Goodwin who made my decision clearly visible for me.
Alison, stand tall, stay calm and steady. I will be praying for your protection. I am in a court battle next week due to ex-husband breaching our court sealed parenting order and vaccinating my son. These judges are going to face more and more dilemmas as even the Medsafe government statistics alone should be compelling enough to show serious harm and you are bound by the Hippocratic oath, “first do no harm”. Even Australia is apparently accepting Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid. My GP sent a ‘Notice of Concern’ me to Oranga Tamariki for suggesting it as a option.

Sending love and support to courageous truth speaking Dr Alison Goodwin today. Dr Goodwin was my exceptional GP for several years in HB. She was a wonderful exemplary doctor – very knowledgeable, caring and highly ethical. She seemed to suddenly vanish from the practice I attended, without a word from the practice as to where. It was so heartening to see Alison re-emerging as a leading figure of NZDSOS. The deceit and lies of the entire NZ Covid response need to be widely exposed and made centre stage in mainstream NZ Media. The British enquiry into the UK Covid response has been published prominently in UK media. The appalling treatment of Doctors and medical researchers who spoke out against many of the undemocratic restrictions are now exposed in UK msm.
With brave ethical doctors like Alison making their experiences in NZ known, hopefully the truth of what happened in NZ will be exposed.
Dr Goodwin does not need luck today because she has truth and knowledge on her side. Let us hope the NZ justice system has the same integrity as Dr Goodwin and her colleagues.
