Delegated For Early Resolution – Update from Ombudsman 4 Months after Complaint

After having received no less than 11 direct and open letters from NZDSOS, we received an email from the Office of the Ombudsman, advising that our case had been referred to the Early Resolution Team. This sounded somewhat hopeful.

Your complaint has now been transferred to our Early Resolution Team for further assessment and inquiries. Once your complaint has been allocated, the investigator will be in contact with an update on your complaint.
In the meantime, if you have any further correspondence to provide in support of your complaint, please email this Office quoting the reference number 554238.
