It is not just the mRNA but also the lipid nanoparticles which possible accumulate in organs and can cause damage to the mitochondria (the energy factory of the cells) and the DNA.

This is similar to the damage caused by radiation. The cells of the immune system are the first cells to be damaged. The more injections a person receives the more radiation effects accumulate.
