Would you be surprised to learn that a mysterious yet powerful entity has covertly been pulling the strings in the world of medicine for over a century?
Despite being unknown to the vast majority of doctors worldwide, the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) is a private organisation that has been wielding global influence over the medical profession since 1912.
“The Federation of State Medical Boards, FSMB.org, by the way, if you want to look at it. The Federation was there before any of the Alphabet agencies existed, before the FTC, the FDA, the CDC, you name it. They were there before it. So do you think that they have inroads into these places?”
With a staggering level of secrecy outside the remit of the Official Information Act (OIA), the FSMB is a USA 501 charitable organisation that has remained elusive, operating behind closed doors in Euless, Texas while controlling the destiny of healthcare worldwide.
“I had never heard of them, 99.9 % of doctors had never heard of them. You [the interviewer, Emanuel] didn’t hear of them when I told you this. Well, I find out that this organisation was formed in 1912, more than 100 years ago”
How Dr. Bruce Dooley Connected the Dots
Were it not for the keen awareness of Dr. Bruce Dooley, a New Zealand physician also licensed in the USA, this entity might have remained a puppeteer in the shadows.
In Dr. Dooley’s interview with Dr. Emanuel E. Garcia, he tells of overhearing about a “federation” after a disciplinary hearing for advocating for non-toxic, holistic patient therapies. Curious, his research revealed the FSMB–a private entity covertly influencing every corner of the medical system. From board tests to regulatory laws, it appears the tentacles of the FSMB have global reach.
Ripping Away the Veil of Secrecy
The FSMB operates under the radar, maintaining a web of unshakeable influence on the medical profession. During their yearly meetings, members vote to institute state laws.
“These medical boards, counsellors… are in a private membership meeting and they’re making law. How’s that possible?”
Dr. Dooley encountered the interplay of power within the FSMB and its associated organisations when he found that the CEO of the Medical Council of New Zealand, Joan Simeon (who is not a medical doctor), also held the position of chair-elect in The International Association of Medical Regulatory Authorities (IAMRA), international arm of the FSMB.
In addition, Dr. Curtis Walker, chairman of the MCNZ, is on one of the work groups of the FSMB (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Medical Regulation and Patient Care)
This concentration of power and influence raised questions about the motives of the decision-making processes within the medical establishment across the world.
The level of influence is extraordinarily high. It appears the medical establishment is captured, doing what the Federation is telling them to do.
The Impact of FSMB on Doctors and the Public During the Pandemic
The FSMB appears to dictate medical regulations, guidelines, and law. This includes doctor registration and how doctors were allowed to react during Covid. Early prevention and early treatment were neither endorsed or encouraged. And treatments like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine–which were proven to be effective–could not be prescribed.
“We’ve endorsed early treatment. Again, you have to remember, before this emergency use authorization, which only could have been put through… if there was no treatment that was effective for Covid, then the emergency use authorization couldn’t have been put through.”
Advocating Justice?
The revelation of the FSMB’s hidden influence in the medical world compels us to question where decisions are made, transparency of decision-making processes, and the need for a more inclusive and equitable healthcare system.

Thank you for exposing the deep level of complicity and obedience to unproven directions for prescribing medical procedures that cause further illness and death from trusted and NZ registered General Practitioners. For too long there has been no recognition nor monitoring of this and no accountability for the perpetuators.
Yes , I read years ago about J D Rockerfeller and how he used Germany,s technology after the 1stt world to make petroleum capsules for medicines. He also one by one burned all USA,s Universities books on natural meds including homeopathy and centuries of works by renowned Doctors and devised a medical curriculum still used today that was only one narrative and if refused he defunded and then persecuted publicly those who opposed.
No wonder we are in such a vicious position now.

Correct Rosanna. As well, after Abraham Flexner’s report eradicated most of the natural medical training institutes, the few remaining allopathic each had a Rockefeller appointee on the Board. Hence it was a simple task to get those natural textbooks removed and amp up the time sapent teaching allopathic pharmaceuticals.

Thanks NZDSOS, once again truth stranger than fiction. It seems a lot of darstardly things were set into play around 80-100 years ago. These deep set roots will take a lot to pull out, and ideally needs everyone to become aware of the facts and implications.

Does anyone at the New Zealand Medical Council have anything to say about the
FSMB? Do they consult it? I know that they often threaten to dob doctors in
to various “authorities”.
And is the CEO of the MCNZ really not a doctor? Maybe the CEO needs to be to attract
a work force and really understand the crisis and disgruntlement in health care in NZ.
