Official Reply from NZ Ombudsman to Our Complaint of 9 July ’21

In response to our complaint about the non-engagement of the health authorities, the Ombudsman replied, seeking clarification and correspondence that NZDSOS had had with Dr Bloomfield.

We were advised that the Ombudsman could not intervene with the Medical Council, Dental Council or Ministers of the Crown but that the Ministry of Health and Medsafe were under their jurisdiction and they could look into our concerns with the Ministry of Health.
